    Brief

St James's Hospital Dublin is seeking to procure a complete digital PCR (dPCR) system for its Cancer Molecular Diagnostics Department. The procurement includes: one digital PCR instrument with all necessary hardware, software, and ancillary equipment; a minimum three-year comprehensive warranty covering maintenance and support; installation and commissioning services; and staff training. The hospital will also purchase an agreed quantity of development reagents and consumables available for use throughout the three-year contract period. The platform will initially support assay development, evaluation, and method transfer. The hospital retains the option to develop new assays or migrate existing molecular diagnostic assays to the dPCR platform based on clinical, analytical, or operational benefits, with timing and extent determined by service requirements. This is a flexible agreement with no minimum purchase commitments for reagents beyond the initial supply.
