The service will deliver specialist supported living accommodation for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, offering personalised support to help individuals live as independently as possible within a safe, supportive environment. The provider will be responsible for all aspects of daily care, including personal support, health and wellbeing monitoring, activity coordination, and safeguarding.
