Employment Support Service for People on Probation - South Central Region (6 months)

Bridge of Hope is seeking to deliver an employability support service for people on probation in the South Central region over a 6-month period. This contract aims to reduce reoffending by supporting individuals into sustainable employment opportunities. The service will work with approximately 20 people on probation per month, providing guidance on job searching, CV preparation, online applications, portal registration, and interview preparation. Support will be delivered face-to-face in Reading and via Teams for other locations. The provider will also engage with 3-5 regional employers to encourage the recruitment of people with criminal convictions and monitor progress through regular activity analysis reports. This is an opportunity for organisations with experience working with offenders and disadvantaged groups to make a measurable impact on employment outcomes and reduce reoffending.
