Water Dispensing Equipment Supply, Installation and Maintenance

Bedford College Group is conducting a preliminary market engagement to understand current solutions and suppliers for hot water boilers and chilled/ambient drinking water dispensers across its campus. This is a market research exercise, not a formal tender. The College seeks supplier input on equipment options, installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, filtration, and support arrangements. Key areas of interest include: single-supplier comprehensive service delivery across multiple sites; planned and reactive maintenance capabilities; innovative and sustainable solutions; commercial models; and lifecycle support.
