    Brief

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to provide specialised residential support for an individual with complex needs including learning disability, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours. The service, located near Aylesbury, offers intensive staffing and tailored interventions in a specially adapted residential environment designed to ensure safety, structure, and therapeutic benefit. The service supports the individual following transition from long-term hospital care and focuses on maintaining stability, promoting engagement, and reducing incidents. The provider will work towards increasing the individual's independence through development of daily living skills and meaningful community participation. Support arrangements will be regularly reviewed to explore opportunities for safe reduction of care levels as the individual's skills and confidence develop. The service operates on a person-centred, outcome-focused approach with flexibility to adjust support based on assessed needs. Contract commencement: 1st April 2027. Contract term: 36 months with option to extend for a further 36 months.
