Quantity Surveyor Consultancy for Margam Castle Heritage Project

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide consultancy services for the 'Reimagining Margam Castle' project. This National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) initiative has secured funding for the Development phase running until February 2028. The successful organization will support the preparation of a Round 2 NLHF application, which if approved, will unlock full project funding. The role requires proven experience with major heritage projects involving listed buildings, conservation and refurbishment works, and exhibition development. Ideal candidates will have a track record of working on NLHF-funded heritage initiatives and understand the technical and financial requirements of complex conservation projects.
