Skills Strategy Consultancy Services for Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County 2027-2031

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council seeks consultancy services to develop a comprehensive Skills Strategy 2027-2031. The consultant will conduct a detailed assessment of current and future skills requirements across the county, analyzing both labor demand (including job expansion and replacement needs) and supply-side factors. Key deliverables include: a baseline analysis of employment and skills characteristics; forecasts of sectoral and competency-based skills needs through 2030; assessment of skills supply from higher and further education providers; stakeholder engagement with enterprises, educational institutions, and representative bodies; and development of actionable, time-bound policy recommendations aligned with the Council's strategic objectives. This work will provide the evidence base necessary to inform the Council's tourism and economic development policies and initiatives.
