Community ENT Services for Sussex Patients

This opportunity is for the provision of community-based Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) services in Sussex. The service will deliver triage, medical assessment, diagnosis, management, and treatment of ENT conditions for patients aged two years and older who are registered with a GP. Services will be delivered in community locations, offering convenient access for patients requiring treatment of specified ENT conditions. The service must be led by ENT GPwERs (GP with Extended Roles) or other appropriately qualified medical personnel, with support from an ENT Consultant. Patient referrals will be managed through the e-Referral system (e-RS) to ensure efficient access to care. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in community-based ENT care, patient triage protocols, and integration with primary care referral pathways.
