Independent Fostering Agencies Framework Agreement - Lot 4 Round 6

The London Borough of Newham is accepting applications for Lot 4 (Independent Fostering Agencies) as part of their Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for children's care services. This is Round 6 of an ongoing procurement process. The PDPS covers four service areas: Semi-Independent Living Services, Children's Homes, Supported Lodgings, and Independent Fostering Agencies. Selected providers will deliver services to looked after children, care leavers, and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This opportunity is open to any public body listed under the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972 and relevant organisations or consortiums with appropriate experience. The procurement follows the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 light-touch regime. The Council uses a one-stage admission procedure, and applications can be submitted throughout the PDPS lifetime, with processing occurring when each round closes. Round lengths vary, and future rounds will be communicated in tender documents.
