External Lift Tower Construction Project

This project involves the construction of 8 new external lift towers across multiple residential buildings within the Holland Estate: 6 towers at Brune House and 2 towers at Bernard House. Prior to construction, enabling works must be completed to divert and protect existing underground infrastructure, including drainage, sewerage, electricity, gas, and water services, to safely accommodate the new lift tower locations. Suppliers and contractors should be prepared to handle utility coordination, underground service management, and construction sequencing to minimize disruption to estate residents.
