Quantity Surveying Services for Medical Equipment and Clinical Unit Refurbishment

We are seeking quantity surveying consultancy services to support our capital works programme funded by the University, Education and Community (UEC) initiative. The project encompasses multiple facilities improvements including: refurbishment of the Medical Equipment and Clinical Unit (MECU), creation of a new staff changing area, Emergency Department reception desk works, bereavement room refurbishment, Muslim prayer room facilities, remodelling of an existing changing area into an Emergency Department staff break room, bariatric bed storage works, and gender-neutral toilet provision. You will provide cost control, budget management, and commercial oversight throughout the project delivery lifecycle to ensure effective financial management and contractual compliance. This is a direct award contract due to the supplier's established knowledge of the Trust's estate, ongoing works, and site-specific requirements. Continuity is essential to avoid disruption to ongoing works, delays with existing designs, health and safety risks, and additional costs from knowledge transfer and mobilisation.
