Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland Care and Respite Centre Expansion at 65 Bushy Park, Dublin

This construction project involves the expansion and renovation of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland Care and Respite Centre located at 65 Bushy Park, Dublin 6. The work comprises two main components: Block A, a new two-storey building replacing the demolished Promotions Unit, will feature administrative offices on the first floor and a multi-use public-accessible space on the ground floor. Block B involves extending an existing therapy room on the east side of the facility. The centre currently operates across multiple buildings including a two-storey main building with administrative offices and single-storey extensions from the 1990s-2000s that house the primary care facilities, including resident bedrooms and therapy rooms. All existing buildings except the Promotions Unit will remain operational throughout the construction period, requiring careful phasing and coordination to maintain continuous service delivery to residents.
