    Brief

The Environment Agency is seeking a supplier to review and improve the Catchment-based Approach (CaBA) reporting arrangements. The work involves developing a refreshed reporting and evidence framework that better demonstrates outputs, outcomes and value from catchment-based investment, river restoration, and nature-based solutions. The supplier will examine both qualitative and quantitative elements of the current framework, including reporting requirements, metrics, processes and alignment with partner reporting obligations. Key objectives include identifying opportunities to integrate CaBA reporting with related reporting streams, eliminating duplication, and leveraging existing or emerging data requirements. The successful supplier will collaborate with the CaBA Data Group to ensure the revised framework meets current and future data needs and remains proportionate, consistent and fit for purpose.
