Term Maintenance Contract for Gas, Oil and LPG Systems (Non-Domestic Properties)

East Lothian Council seeks qualified contractors to provide a 3-year term maintenance contract for planned and reactive maintenance services on gas, oil, and LPG heating systems across non-domestic properties. Services include annual inspections, servicing, testing, repairs, and ongoing maintenance for natural gas, oil, and LPG installations. The contract runs from 31 December 2026 with an optional 1-year extension. This is a restricted two-stage tender process: Stage 1 involves submission of a Single Procurement Document (SPD) for pre-qualification assessment using non-discriminatory selection criteria, which will determine which contractors proceed to Stage 2.
