Travel Management and Events Services Framework

SUPC is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to understand supplier capabilities and market developments for a proposed framework agreement covering travel management services. The framework will serve higher and further education institutions and other public sector organisations across the UK, with services potentially including business travel, student travel, meetings and events coordination, and related support services. Through this PME, SUPC seeks supplier input to shape the framework's scope, structure, commercial model, and service requirements. The resulting framework will be accessible to all members of UKUPC regional consortia (APUC, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, TEC, and TUCO), representing diverse public sector organisations including universities, colleges, schools, government departments, local authorities, NHS trusts, and other public bodies. Suppliers are encouraged to provide market intelligence and feedback, though the PME does not constitute a binding commitment to proceed with any specific approach or contract award.
