Open Framework Tender for Trades Supply Chain Services

Sutton Housing Partnership, acting for itself, the London Borough of Sutton, and Sutton Living Ltd, is inviting suppliers to tender for an Open Framework under Regulation 49(2) of the Procurement Act 2023. This framework will establish approved suppliers across four separate lots: Lot 1 - Carpentry, Windows and Doors; Lot 2 - Groundworks, Fencing, Drainage and Brickwork; Lot 3 - Working at Heights (Roofing, Fascias, Rainwater Goods, Scaffolding and Means of Access); and Lot 4 - Asbestos Works. The two most advantageous tenders for each lot will be awarded both framework membership (based on JCT FA2024 Framework Agreement) and an initial call-off contract (based on NHF Form of Contract 2025). The framework will operate for eight years in total: an initial three-year period (1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029), followed by a two-year extension option (1 October 2029 to 30 September 2031), and a final three-year extension option (1 October 2031 to 30 September 2034). Suppliers may tender for a maximum of two lots. Call-off contracts issued under the framework will mirror the same optional extension structure as the framework agreement.
