National Building and Construction Materials Supply Framework

Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium established in 2004, supporting the social housing sector on behalf of the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing, and HouseMark. PfH members collectively manage over 90% of UK social housing stock. PfH is seeking suppliers for a four-year national framework agreement to provide building and construction materials to social housing organisations. The framework will include multiple supply routes organised into distinct lots, offering opportunities for material suppliers to access a large network of housing providers across the UK. This is a contracting authority opportunity under the Procurement Act 2023. The framework aims to help social housing organisations achieve efficiency savings through consolidated procurement.
