Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Productivity Growth Programme Delivery 2026-28

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is seeking an experienced provider to deliver a Productivity Growth Programme for micro, small, and social enterprises (up to 50 employees) from 2026 to 2028. This is a key initiative under the Local Economic Partnership's Supporting Business Growth priority theme. The programme aims to enhance business productivity, resilience, and sustainable growth through: identifying and addressing productivity challenges; providing customized mentoring support tailored to business needs; and establishing clear development pathways for ongoing business improvement. The successful delivery agent will be responsible for recruiting eligible businesses, conducting comprehensive productivity diagnostics, delivering targeted mentoring interventions, and helping businesses connect with growth funding, investment opportunities, and scaling resources.
