Print Management, Digital Communications and Print Marketplace Framework Agreement

This framework agreement consolidates three existing GCA print service agreements into a single comprehensive procurement vehicle. It covers three main service categories: (1) Print Management and Digital Communications - providing complete managed print services including operational, transactional, and security printing, direct mail, storage, fulfillment, distribution, digital asset management, scanning, and pre-production services; (2) Print Marketplace - a self-service digital platform offering instant quotes for high-volume, low-value printed materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and leaflets across the UK; and (3) NHS Notify Printed Communications - specialized postal and printed letter services for NHS and health authorities, including accessible formats such as braille, large print, multiple languages, audio CDs, and easy-read materials for healthcare communications like vaccination invitations and screening notifications. This agreement replaces RM6297, RM6371, and RM6389.
