Legal Services for Pension Schemes

Norfolk County Council is establishing a Multi-Provider Framework Agreement to provide specialist legal services for the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and related pension schemes. The framework is led by Norfolk County Council on behalf of six founding organisations: City of Edinburgh Council (Lothian Pension Fund), LGPS Central Ltd Wolverhampton, Local Pensions Partnership Investments Ltd, City of Wolverhampton Council (West Midlands Pension Fund), Northern Ireland Local Government Officers' Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC), and Staffordshire County Council (Staffordshire Pension Fund). The framework is open for use by all LGPS administering authorities across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, participating employers, the Pension Protection Fund, and other public-sector bodies requiring pension-related legal services. This is a multi-lot framework with estimated values across all lots combined.
