Housing Repairs Materials Supply Contract

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a materials supply provider through a managed stores service to deliver a comprehensive range of building and maintenance materials. The supplier will provide electrical, heating, paints, decorative materials, roofing, windows, glass, kitchens, bathrooms, ironmongery, sanitaryware, clothing, doors, power tools, aggregates, insulation, gas, plumbing, highways, street lighting, timber, fencing, and site safety equipment. The contract term is four years with optional extensions of two years plus one additional year (potential seven-year total). Estimated contract value is £12 million excluding VAT over the initial four-year period, increasing to £21.3 million excluding VAT for the full potential seven-year term.
