    Brief

Cheshire West and Chester Council is commissioning a Contextual Safeguarding service to provide support interventions for children and young people aged 10-18 years (exceptionally younger) who are at risk of or experiencing child exploitation, including child sexual exploitation (CSE) and child criminal exploitation (CCE). The service will support young people within Cheshire West and Chester, as well as those placed in other local authorities within an agreed distance. Providers should be experienced in delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based safeguarding interventions that address exploitation risks in the contexts where young people spend their time, including families, peer groups, schools, and communities. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in child protection, knowledge of exploitation indicators, capability to work with multi-agency partners, and experience supporting vulnerable young people through therapeutic and practical support.
