Removals, Relocations, Disposal and Storage Services - Framework Agreement

The Authority is seeking contractor(s) to provide comprehensive removal, relocation, disposal and storage services through a new Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement, effective until 31st January 2027. This is the third generation framework for these services. The selected contractor(s) will deliver a full range of services for both business and domestic properties, including: packing and protective wrapping of belongings; dismantling and reassembling furniture and items; removal of items and furniture from properties; secure storage of business and domestic goods; delivery of stored items to new locations; and responsible disposal of unwanted items and furniture. The Authority anticipates this framework will be used periodically as operational needs arise.
