Health and Wellbeing Training Programme for Local Government Reorganisation

Cambridge City Council is seeking an experienced training provider to design and deliver a comprehensive health, wellbeing and resilience programme to support employees during the Government's Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). The programme should equip staff with practical tools and strategies to manage physical and mental wellbeing, build resilience and maintain effectiveness during organisational change. Learning interventions must address the emotional and practical impacts of transition, helping employees manage uncertainty, develop confidence and adopt positive wellbeing approaches. The provider should design resources and ongoing support that foster a collaborative, supportive workplace culture aligned with the Council's values of being collaborative, courageous, compassionate and accountable. Success will be measured by improved employee resilience, sustained service delivery and a positive organisational culture through the reorganisation period. Interested providers should demonstrate experience in change management training, employee wellbeing programmes and delivery to large public sector organisations.
