CHP and Power System Maintenance Contract for Partick Housing Development

Partick Housing Association is seeking a single main contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing of their gas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) system serving 87 residential units at Centurion Way, Partick, Glasgow. The contract scope includes: regular servicing and maintenance of the CHP system, reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, and 24-hour emergency call-out service available to both individual residents and PHA staff. The successful contractor must be able to respond quickly to urgent requests and maintain system reliability for continuous heating and power supply to the residential development. Experience with CHP systems, gas-fed installations, and residential emergency services is required.
