Organisational Culture Consultancy Services for South East Technological University

South East Technological University (SETU) seeks qualified organisations to provide human resources and organisational culture consultancy services to develop a unified, values-driven, and high-performing culture across the institution. Over a three-year contract period, the successful provider will deliver organisational culture diagnostics and benchmarking, facilitate staff and stakeholder engagement, develop organisational narratives and communication strategies, lead leadership development initiatives, and support implementation of cultural change across the multi-campus university. The engagement builds on SETU's existing organisational development and change management efforts to support institutional integration and evolution. Key deliverables include establishing an evidence base for cultural enhancement, identifying improvement opportunities, developing leadership and organisational capability, and measuring progress through repeat assessments. This is a restricted procurement procedure; organisations responding to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be evaluated and shortlisted candidates invited to submit formal tenders (ITT).
