    Brief

The Council is seeking providers to deliver nationally mandated services as part of the Best Start for Life and Healthy Babies funding initiative. The opportunity comprises separate lots focusing on two core workstreams: (1) Perinatal Mental Health - improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes for parents and parents-to-be with children under age two, and (2) Infant Feeding Support - enhancing infant feeding outcomes with specialist support during pregnancy and the first 10 days after birth. Providers will strengthen and expand existing services to deliver these evidence-based interventions. Interested suppliers should note that the Council is appointing separate providers for each lot.
