Citrix DaaS and Virtual Desktop Services Contract - Ireland

The Contracting Entity seeks a single supplier to provide comprehensive supply, maintenance, and support services for Citrix DaaS (Desktop as a Service), Virtual Apps, and Virtual Desktops serving approximately 11,000 users. Services include: (1) Citrix Platform License subscription and supply of new Citrix products, licenses, and cloud services as needed; (2) Support and maintenance of four Citrix NetScaler MPX 9200 infrastructure devices and provision of future infrastructure requirements; (3) Customer Success Services, Priority Support, and Problem Escalation processes; (4) Citrix Education and Training; (5) Citrix Professional Services days; and (6) Annual Health Checks. The successful supplier must hold a Citrix Fusion Resell-Platinum Accreditation at the time of PQQ submission. This is an established service currently in operation, and the supplier will assume responsibility for ongoing management and optimization of the Citrix environment.
