University College Dublin – Multi-Operator Framework Agreement for Minor Construction, Electrical, and Mechanical Works

University College Dublin invites tenders for a multi-operator framework agreement to supply construction, electrical, and mechanical works for college buildings. The opportunity is divided into three separate lots, each with a maximum contract value of €1,000,000: Lot 1 covers general construction works, Lot 2 covers electrical installation and systems work, and Lot 3 covers mechanical installation and systems work. Tenderers may apply for one or multiple lots. This framework agreement will be used for minor works projects at University College Dublin and its wholly owned subsidiaries over the contract period.
