Aids and Adaptations Works Contract

Barnet Homes is seeking a contractor to design, supply, and install aids and adaptations for residential properties. The contract covers a range of accessibility modifications including kitchen adaptations, wet rooms, ramps, stairlifts, through-floor lifts, automatic door openers, and related minor works. The estimated annual contract value is approximately GBP 800,000 (excluding VAT and indexation). The initial contract term is three years with an optional two-year extension, for a maximum five-year duration. Works must be delivered in accordance with Occupational Therapist specifications. The contract value may be subject to adjustment based on actual demand and various identified risks, including legislative changes, operational standard modifications, technology updates, budget fluctuations, and unforeseen circumstances such as economic or political impacts.
