Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance Contract

Livv Maintenance Limited, part of Livv Housing Group, is seeking a single contractor to provide comprehensive passenger lift servicing and maintenance services across multiple sites in North West England. This contract is being procured through an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. The contractor will be responsible for monthly planned servicing and maintenance, remedial repairs, and emergency call-out services for passenger lifts. While services will initially be required primarily in Knowsley borough, the scope may expand to other areas throughout North West England and surrounding regions as operational needs dictate.
