Cloud-Based Energy Portfolio Management System

The Government Procurement Association (GCA) is seeking a cloud-based energy portfolio management solution to support its Energy Category managed service for the public sector. The system will manage approximately 1,200 customers, 108,000 power and gas meters, and 80,000 sites, aggregating energy demand and purchasing on the wholesale market. Key requirements include: accurate recording of customer portfolio data for gas and power (including site and meter information and assigned trading strategies); support for energy suppliers to access meter data for their assigned customers; self-serve audit capabilities allowing customers to review their portfolio and buying strategy with the ability to request changes and additions; and REST API functionality to integrate with existing data infrastructure. This is a 3-month trial period contract. Successful performance during the trial may lead to a subsequent contract term and extended value, subject to future budgetary approval. The supplier will be responsible for ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of the solution throughout the contract duration.
