Domestic Abuse Support Services for Families in Leicester

Leicester City Council is seeking a specialist provider to deliver locality-based domestic abuse support services for families who have experienced domestic abuse and are currently affected by its impacts. The service will be delivered across Leicester and will include: emotional support and wellbeing recovery, advocacy and representation, community engagement activities, domestic abuse awareness training delivery, one-to-one support for individuals, case management and advocacy, group-based support sessions, personalised safety and support planning, and collaborative working with partners including police and neighbouring authorities. This is a direct award opportunity due to ongoing Local Government Reorganisation uncertainties and the complexity of the wider domestic abuse service landscape involving multiple stakeholders.
