    Brief

    East Lindsey District Council is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) for the emerging Local Plan. The IIA must combine multiple assessment types including Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Sustainability Appraisal (SA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA), Community Safety Impact Assessment (CSIA), and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA). The consultant will ensure that environmental, social, health, equality, and economic considerations are thoroughly evaluated and integrated into the Local Plan from the beginning of the planning process. This role requires expertise in planning policy, environmental assessment, and cross-disciplinary impact analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
