    Brief

The Home Office is funding intervention services for children who engage in harmful behaviour. This is a two-strand opportunity: 1. Child-to-parent/caregiver abuse (CPCA) - support for children displaying abusive behaviour towards parents or caregivers 2. Teenage relationship abuse (TRA) - support for teenagers displaying abusive behaviour in relationships These interventions support local strategic priorities including prevention, early intervention, reducing inequalities, improving wellbeing, and supporting vulnerable individuals. Dyfed-Powys Police are inviting suppliers to submit an expression of interest by providing: - A written expression of interest - Attendance at a Teams information session with key stakeholders - Evidence of relevant qualifications and technical ability to deliver the services - Indicative pricing for each provision strand (CPCA and TRA) This is a pre-tender engagement exercise. Submissions will not be evaluated for contract award but will inform the formal tender process, expected to launch in September 2026.
