Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Refurbishment of Dublin Fire Brigade Stations

Dublin City Council is seeking main contractors to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for planned maintenance and refurbishment works at Dublin Fire Brigade Stations. This framework will cover routine maintenance and facility upgrades including: roof and structural repairs, internal finish work (floors, ceilings, walls, partitions), sanitaryware replacement and upgrades, deep cleaning of food preparation areas, locker room improvements, decorative work, landscaping, and localized plumbing and heating repairs. The works listed are typical examples and not exhaustive; additional station refurbishment and upgrade works may be included. This is a framework agreement establishing eligible contractors for multiple call-off projects. Funding for individual projects is subject to approval.
