This opportunity seeks a property management contractor to serve as the Trust's strategic property advisor, providing comprehensive support aligned with NHS Estatecode HBN 008 and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors standards. Core Services Include: 1. General property management: rent reviews, lease expiries, landlord liaison, and parking administration 2. Statutory compliance: responding to Valuation Office Agency requests and leasehold information submissions 3. Service charge and compliance query resolution 4. Leased building portfolio management and document preparation 5. Property-related advisory: insurance coordination and asset revaluations 6. Occupancy information support: energy, finance, and operational team queries 7. Property register (InSite) management and maintenance 8. Leased property database updates and accuracy assurance Additional Services (charged separately with pre-approval): Capital projects, property acquisitions with searches, disposals, and transactional work including dilapidations and reinstatement costs are available at additional cost, charged to the relevant service's revenue budget. The contractor will act as a trusted advisor, managing day-to-day property matters while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the Trust's strategic property objectives.
