Altnaveigh House Upgrade and Refurbishment - Contractor Opportunity

This is a PEACEPLUS-funded project seeking contractors to undertake mechanical, electrical, and general refurbishment work at Altnaveigh House, an existing operational community facility in Kilcoo. The scope of work includes mechanical and electrical upgrades across multiple areas, along with associated refurbishment activities. Specific work categories include: general construction, demolition, roof works, fire doors and fire alarm systems installation, internal electrical and water services installation, washroom systems, partitions, joinery, and painting and decorating. The contract will be delivered under NEC4 ECSC Short Contract terms. Works will be carried out in an occupied premises over a 6-week period, commencing no earlier than August 2026.
