Uniform Supply and Management Services for Avanti West Coast

Avanti West Coast is seeking a supplier to manufacture, design support, and supply uniforms for its employees. The successful supplier will be responsible for: designing and manufacturing garments to customer specifications; managing the phased transition from the incumbent supplier, including stock transfer and redistribution; providing dedicated contract management; arranging delivery to designated locations across the UK; maintaining robust stock forecasting to meet demand; providing an online ordering platform for employees with allocation controls and exchange/return functionality; and supporting sustainability initiatives. The supplier must also transfer and store remaining stock from the previous supplier, arrange insurance, and manage distribution. Uniform recycling services for uniforms, safety footwear, and branded backpacks are optional and will only be included if the proposal is accepted and fits within budget. This is a large-scale, multi-year contract with an estimated total value of £5,472,555 (excluding VAT) or £6,567,066 (including VAT).
