    Brief

Tenders are invited from qualified consultancy firms to provide Design and Project Management services (RIBA Stages 4-7) for the refurbishment and extension of City of Armagh Rugby Football Club's clubhouse at Palace Grounds, Friary Road, Armagh BT60 4EN. The project includes a new single-story extension with changing rooms, shower facilities, and a physio room, along with refurbishment of existing shower areas to enhance male and female facilities. Founded in 1875 and located at the current site since 1977, the club serves rugby members, visiting teams, and the local community. Approximately 700m² of the existing 1977-built facilities are substandard. The project aims to create inclusive, accessible facilities for female and disabled participants, improve energy efficiency, and enhance environmental sustainability to increase participation and attract other organizations to use the facilities. This is a community-focused sports infrastructure improvement project.
