Printing Services for Poll Cards, Correspondence, and Electoral ID Cards

The Electoral Office for Northern Ireland (EONI) is seeking a qualified printing supplier to support electoral operations under the Chief Electoral Officer for Northern Ireland. The successful supplier will provide three integrated printing services: (1) printing, sorting, and packaging of up to 1.5 million poll cards per election for statewide elections in Northern Ireland; (2) printing approximately 200,000 pieces of annual correspondence on A4 paper, inserting into window envelopes, and preparing for mailing contractor collection; and (3) printing approximately 3,000 Electoral Identity Cards annually, inserting into window envelopes, and preparing for mailing contractor collection. This is a framework contract with an initial term of three years commencing from the award date, with three optional one-year extension periods available.
