Vacant Property Repairs Framework - Market Engagement

Swindon Borough Council is seeking qualified contractors to deliver vacant property repairs and refurbishment services for its housing stock. The Council manages approximately 10,500 properties, with around 600 becoming vacant each year. This opportunity invites you to participate in Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to help establish a framework of up to three contractors. The framework will deliver repairs and refurbishment works on approximately 175 void properties annually over an initial 24-month period, with an optional 12-month extension. Works range from minor repairs to major capital renovation projects, depending on property condition. The estimated annual framework value is £2,134,490.
