    Brief

The Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LMETB) is seeking to establish a pre-qualified panel of service providers to deliver Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) training programmes at the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of Excellence (AMTCE). Through this competitive procurement process, qualified training providers will be selected to design, develop, customize, accredit, and deliver MMC training courses. The procurement will be divided into multiple lots, allowing applicants to bid for one or more lots. Once the panel is established with a minimum of one provider per lot meeting the eligibility criteria, LMETB will conduct mini-competitions to award contracts for specific training programs as needs arise. Providers will be selected based on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) analysis. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing.
