Brief

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking a professional services provider to develop and implement an organisation-wide training programme focused on improving patient safety culture and professional accountability. The contract comprises two phases: Phase 1 involves designing and delivering a training programme on speaking up for patient safety and quality care; Phase 2 focuses on building a culture of healthcare professionalism through a professional accountability programme, including guidance on developing an anonymised reporting system for unprofessional behaviour. The selected provider will work alongside CHI's existing Professionalism Programme team to complement current initiatives. This is an exclusive contract opportunity for a qualified organisation with expertise in healthcare culture development, staff training, and professional standards implementation.
