Concession Agreement for Retail Services at Beaumont Hospital (Shop, Coffee Shop, and Pharmacy)

Beaumont Hospital is seeking a single concessionaire to develop and operate three retail spaces on its campus: an existing Patient Shop, an existing Patient Coffee Shop, and a new Retail Pharmacy. The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of operation, including management, staffing, and customer service. This is a single, undivided contract with no lot divisions. Tenderers may form partnerships, consortia, or temporary groupings if needed to ensure adequate experience in both food service and pharmacy operations. The hospital provides no guarantees regarding profitability or economic viability; bidders must conduct their own market analysis and financial assessments before submitting proposals. This opportunity is open to qualified organizations with relevant experience in retail, food service, and/or pharmacy operations.
