Llanfabon and Llancaiach Primary School Amalgamation - Construction Phase

Contract award to Andrew Scott Ltd for Stage Two construction works of a primary school amalgamation project. This is a two-stage scheme under the South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Contracting (SEWSCAP) 3 Framework that combines Llanfabon Infants School and Llancaiach Junior School into a single facility on the Llanfabon Infants site. Stage Two covers the physical construction and building works following successful completion of the design phase (Stage One). Full approval has been obtained from both the local Council and Welsh Government to proceed with construction of the complete scheme.
