General Building Materials Supply Contract

This is a contract opportunity to supply and deliver general building materials to Be One Homes for both reactive maintenance (emergency and urgent repairs) and planned works (scheduled renovations and upgrades). As the appointed supplier, you will be responsible for providing materials on an as-needed basis to properties that are currently occupied by tenants as well as vacant properties awaiting occupancy or renovation. This is an ongoing supply arrangement designed to support the organization's maintenance operations across their housing portfolio. Suppliers should be prepared to handle variable demand, ensure reliable delivery timelines, and maintain quality standards for all building materials provided.
