Project Management Support Services 2025-26

This is a project management support contract opportunity. Stem Architects has been awarded a direct framework contract to provide additional project management resources for an estates capital programme. The successful contractor will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing project progression, managing timelines, coordinating project delivery, and producing required reports. This role is critical for maintaining pace across the capital programme and ensuring accountability throughout project lifecycles. Suppliers should have demonstrated expertise in project management, experience with capital estates projects, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work within existing governance and reporting frameworks.
