    Brief

The AI Security Institute (a directorate of fDSIT) is seeking a 12-month license for Greenhouse, an applicant tracking system software, to manage technical recruitment. The system consolidates applicant records, manages configurable workflows, forms and routing, supports interview scheduling, and integrates with Office 365 permissions and services. It improves reporting capabilities and reduces manual document handling, spreadsheet dependencies, and processing errors. Greenhouse has been selected as the incumbent supplier because the live service already contains configured workflows, forms, routing, permissions and integrations tailored to AISI's needs, with staff trained on the platform and ongoing recruitment activity dependent on service continuity. Switching suppliers would require significant transition activities including service termination, data extraction and validated migration, workflow and integration rebuilding and testing, access control reconfiguration, user retraining, and potential dual-running periods, creating material risks to recruitment delivery, data protection, and business continuity. Contract value: $43,119. Note: This notice was delayed due to technical issues with Supplier PPON number generation, now resolved.
