Brief

The Authority is seeking a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive Careers Guidance Service. This service will provide targeted, youth-centered careers guidance and employability support for young people aged 18–21 (or up to 25 if they have an Education, Health and Care Plan). The service is designed to support young people who are not currently in education, employment, or training (NEET), as well as those who need assistance maintaining their current employment or education destination. The supplier will work with vulnerable and disadvantaged young adults to help them access training, employment opportunities, and sustainable career pathways.
